Do you think Lansing's Principle Shopping District (which includes downtown, Old Town and the Stadium District) has improved with more shops, restaurants and activities to draw people?
Lansing's principal shopping district is filled with a diverse set of attractions, perfect for different interests and passions. I would like to see more money spent on festivals such as Blues on the Square and Oktoberfest. These activities used to draw people to the area, but waiting twenty minutes for a beer due to shrinking funds has the opposite effect. Stop frustrating people with limited facilities and seating, and remember what makes Lansing great. Give people a reason to celebrate.
